Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)- Full-Time- Huntsville (Brownsboro, AL)Based out of St.
Louis, MO, Therapy Relief at Hope has provided services to individuals with for over 30 years, including speech-language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavior therapy, and music therapy.

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Relief at Hope, the Board Certified Behavior Analyst develops programming for and supervises evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder in accordance with ethical guidelines of the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Essential Duties:
Develop treatment and/or behavior intervention plans for individuals with ASD as part of evidence-based therapy service provision; utilize a variety of tools to write operationally defined goals and objectives.
Treat behavior with a function-based approach, using teaching procedures based in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Consistently and frequently analyze data on treatment goals; supervise and collect treatment fidelity data.
Provide supervised field work per BACB guidelines for clinical team members to obtain BCBA or BCaBA credentials.
Maintain BCBA credential by earning continuing education units per BACB guidelines.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from a BACB approved program.
Credentialed (and licensed if applicable) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed with insurance companies.
Has met supervisor requirements per the BACB.
Preferred
Qualifications:

years of prior experience working with individuals with ASD.
Effective communicator capable of collaborating with professionals in different fields of study.
Organized and punctual with a strong clinical skill set.
Sensitive to cultural differences.
